Actually it is a shame for the company; it shows that how satisfied the consumer is with the kind of service they are providing. The consumers always look for a better quality product from the companies. Hope in future HTC takes proper care of their products as well as the customers.

Honda cars are really stylish and classy. But there are a lot of problems with the services and consumers drop complains in the Consumerdaddy website regularly regarding that issue. This is the main reason for the drop in rating. The car by itself is a lovely buy but they should definitely improve their service sector. A lot of consumers go into Honda because of the brand value.
